Description
DESCRIPTION: Liaison between the Customer and B&B Airparts, Inc.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 Years experience in Contracts Administration
- ERP system knowledge is preferred
- 1-2 Years experience in Aerospace setting
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to professionally receive and follow oral instructions
- High attention to detail
- Works well with others
- Basic computer skills required
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to speak effectively
- Able to hear average conversations and respond accordingly
- Required to sit for long periods of time
- Works in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment
- Occasional stress dealing with mental / emotional demands of internal/external customers.
- Work environment is in close proximity of other employees and will be exposed to moderate noise generated from business office machines and multiple conversations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the receipt, verification and release of purchase orders / contracts from the customer.
- Ensure that those customer orders are released into the B&B Airparts ERP system for production to process.
- Upon customer or management request, providing status of any/all customer orders that have been received by B&B Airparts.
- Perform open order reports to ensure accuracy of B&B Airparts ERP system and customer orders.
- Run weekly reports to ensure delivery performance and meet B&B Airparts weekly shipment revenue goals.
- To execute customer change activity: must work with other B&B teammates to ensure schedule, pricing and engineering change activity can be performed in a manner acceptable to all parties.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
