Summary Description :

A concrete project superintendent is responsible for planning and coordinating concrete construction, supervising the concrete portions of the project, ensuring quality work, maintaining the schedule, and adhering to the budget. The Superintendent oversees all concrete operations on site to ensure that workers implement designs, the project is completed on time, and safety and company standards are met. Concrete Superintendents work closely with General Contractors to assure accurate and timely sequencing of the project that benefits BB Concrete. They also coordinate weekly with Operations Managers and Project Management for global manpower and resource scheduling, as well as successful project communication and execution.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Operations Managers for all concrete schedules and operations.
• Communicate daily with Project Management staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes on site.
• Ensure adherence to the budget regarding manpower production and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor, ensuring performance meets requirements.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors to ensure proper planning and work harmony.
• Preserve quality in the concrete construction process while maintaining the budget.
• Track and report project progress on a daily and weekly basis.
• Accurately capture and report time for field manpower under supervision.
• Continuously monitor productivity, identify problems and potential delays, and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
