We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to create engineering plans for land development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, including expertise in hydraulics, grading, and site design. They should be proficient in AutoCAD, leveraging strong design capabilities to develop comprehensive site plans and drainage reports.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication abilities, ensuring efficient collaboration with stakeholders and the successful submission of town applications to various land use boards.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
- Develop engineering plans for land development projects, including grading, drainage, and site layout
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed site plans.
- Prepare and review drainage reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for project success.
- Prepare and submit applications to town and municipal land use boards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
