We're a growing showroom looking for a dedicated, customer-focused salesperson to join our team!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented salesperson with a passion for design. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a strong understanding of design concepts, particularly in floor covering, kitchen, and bath design. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting floor coverings, kitchen, and bath products that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide expert design recommendations and consultations, guiding clients through the design process
• Manage sales transactions and ensure excellent customer service from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and providing ongoing product knowledge
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver customized solutions that align with clients vision and budget
• Stay up to date on product trends, new arrivals, and industry best practices
• Maintain showroom displays to ensure they are organized and visually appealing
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the showroom

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the floor covering, kitchen, or bath design industry
• Strong design sense with the ability to advise on aesthetics, materials, and layout
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering top-quality service
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to learn new products and trends quickly
• Positive, professional attitude and a passion for interior design
