About the Role:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team in Georgia, GA. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key to your success in this role. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and work closely with other members of the housekeeping team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Customer service experience
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
- Ensure that all amenities and supplies are stocked and replenished
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist guests with any requests or queries they may have
