About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests. You will be expected to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial to the success of our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Skills:
As a Housekeeper, you will utilize your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
