About the Role:
We are seeking a Houseman to join our team in Georgia, GA. As a Houseman, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that all areas are kept in top condition. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and will be an integral part of our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Assist housekeeping team with laundry and other tasks as needed
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
