About the Role:
We are seeking a Houseman to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a Houseman, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that all areas are kept in top condition. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and will be an integral part of our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel or similar environment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility
- Assist the housekeeping team with daily tasks as needed
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
