We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Outlet Server to join our team. As an Outlet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in our restaurant, bar, or café within the hotel. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, be attentive to details, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing menus and offering assistance with menu selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that guests’ needs are met and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Process guest payments and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety and a clean environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality-related role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
