About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Miami, FL. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be critical to the success of our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Certification in housekeeping or related field
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Skills:
As a Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure that our guests' rooms are clean and comfortable.
