About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Steward Busser Dishwasher at SARASOTA, FLORIDA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will work closely with our culinary and service teams to ensure that all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with industrial dishwashing equipment

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
• Clean and sanitize dishes and utensils to the highest standards
• Assist culinary and service teams as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

As a Steward Busser Dishwasher, you will use your strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized. You will also use your excellent communication skills to work closely with our culinary and service teams to ensure that all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. Additionally, your ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures will be critical to your success in this role. Finally, your previous experience in a similar role, food handler's certification, and experience with industrial dishwashing equipment will be beneficial in this position.
