Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate the POS system for processing orders and payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or special occasions to ensure seamless service.
• Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, particularly during high-volume events such as banquets or nightclub settings.
• A willingness to learn about brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is encouraged.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $6.25 - $8.00 per hour
