Warehouse employees work Monday-Friday from 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, with overtime available daily and occasionally on Saturdays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Put stock away, label parts, re-label parts, perform inventory transactions, package product for inventory and / or shipment, prepare shipments, as well as pick parts from inventory or staging to be used for production needs
Pick orders from various sources (inventory, storage, staging, etc.) to meet customer contracted shipment criteria
Properly package and secure parts for transport to eliminate any potential damage
Receive, validate, and process incoming parts from outside sources
Ship, validate, and process outgoing components from outside sources, inventory, or direct from production
Deliver and pick up parts with company's delivery truck when requested by supervisor
Run and set up laser and belt slitting machine
Load / unload pallets with a forklift and or pallet jacks from delivery trucks and pallet racks
Responsible to cross train in all the functional areas of the warehouse including those previously mentioned as well as those deemed necessary by supervisor
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Required Qualifications :

Have a valid driver’s license

Ability to obtain a forklift license through B&B's in house training program

Possess the background, education, or training (OJT) in clerical / warehouse responsibilities. Although preferred, these skills may not be necessary if the candidate has exhibited loyalty and commitment for growth.

Literacy with ability to both read and write clear, complete forms as required by the position, shipping knowledge would be helpful but not necessary

Good communication skills

Organized & thorough

Able to lift up to 50 pounds in a safe manner

Meticulous and accurate, detail oriented

Able to work well under pressure

Team player - able to positively contribute to the team by working well with co-workers and supervisors

Able to consistently demonstrate good judgment

An independent worker when necessary

Able to stand for long periods of time

Proficient in multiple computer software

Abilities :

Good listening, problem sensitivity, quick response reaction time, arm-hand steadiness and rate control

Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining and entering accurately information in B&B ERP system

Analyzing information, and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solving problems.

Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates via telephone, written form, e-mail or in person.

Follow all safety procedures and policies as mandated by B&B including but not restricted to wearing safety protection and equipment and enforcing adherence by others.

Ability to stand on hard surface and walk from machine to machine the entire work shift.

The ability to meet strict deadlines or be able to communicate those that can not be me
