Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the E2 data storage system.
- Prepare reports for inventory gaps and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor all inventory issues and ensure effective resolution for all.
- Prepare cycle count schedule for all items and complete in a timely manner.
- Prepare and reconcile all cycle count processes and prepare reports as needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate with all departments and provide inventory support at all times.
- Communicate effectively with department manager to enable proactive responses to inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties not defined to meet the needs of both the department and the Corporation.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be/have:
- High School diploma required; some college preferred.
- Prior inventory experience.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and a variety of other software solution packages (i.e., Microsoft Office, E2/JobBoss).
- Accuracy in the processing of data and information, record keeping and tabulating.
- Good listening, problem sensitivity, and quick response time.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining and entering accurate information in B&B ERP system (E2/JobBoss).
- Analyzing information and evaluation results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Providing information to managers/supervisors, co-workers via telephone, written form, e-mail or in person.
- The ability to meet strict deadlines or be able to communicate when those that cannot be met.
- Must follow all safety procedures and policies as mandated by B&B.
- Frequent walking.
