YOUR MISSION:
To generate, nurture, and close high-value leads for landscape design and installation projects. You’ll represent B&B Outdoor Solutions as a trusted advisor, helping clients visualize their dream outdoor space and say “YES” to making it real—today.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert qualified leads into high-ticket sales ($15K–$500K projects)
- Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners and decision-makers
- Follow up relentlessly. If they didn’t answer, you’re already dialing again
- Build and present proposals that blow clients away
- Maintain pipeline visibility through our CRM (training provided)
- Collaborate with our design and operations team to ensure project success
- Own your performance. Track your KPIs like your paycheck depends on it—because it does
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record in consultative or in-home sales (construction, solar, HVAC, landscape, or luxury goods preferred)
- Coachable, competitive, and driven by results
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Able to walk properties, climb stairs, and measure project spaces
- Tech-savvy enough to manage a CRM and send proposals on-site
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
