B&B Pest Control is a family owned pest control company that has been in business for over 40 years. B & B Pest Control is actively looking for an office assistant to help their office current staff. Responsibilities of the job include:
*Answering phone/scheduling appointments
*Billing and invoicing
*Completing spreadsheets and service documents
*Collections
*Customer Service
*Supporting technicians with routes and service documents
*Handling customer emails and leads
The typical work days would be Monday thru Thursday and with hours 8-3. Can work more hours if desired or as you become more comfortable in the role. Potential to be full time job if desired. Must have skills to talk with customers on phone. We are very busy during the summer months. Will be paid each Friday. Opportunities for bonuses each month.
We are a fair chance employer. High school degree/GED. Previous office experience desired but not a must. At the end of the day we are looking for someone who carries a positive attitude and can assist our staff with the influx of calls during the spring and summer season. Depending on experience pay will begin anywhere from $15-20 per hour.
