Recreation Vehicle Service Technician

Seeking an experienced RV technician that is well-versed in all maintenance and repairs to diagnose, service and repair all aspects of recreational vehicles. Starting pay based on experience and is paid based on efficiency reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provides repair or replacement services on autos, trailers, campers, gas and diesel motorhomes and other miscellaneous vehicles
• Test, diagnose and determine best procedure necessary for repair or replacement
• Track parts and materials used in repair or replacement
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications and tune-ups
• Respond to work order requests in a timely manner
• Adhere to all shop safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work area environment
• Works closely with manager to update work order progress and daily schedule
• Performs troubleshooting and other miscellaneous tasks based on skill level and experience
• Work with or train other technicians when applicable

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills
• Previous work experience in RV, automotive or other related mechanical fields
• Familiarity with commercial tools and equipment
• Have required tools needed to perform RV repairs for position
• Willingness to purchase tools necessary to perform job
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• RVIA Certification a plus
• Generator experience a plus
• Excellent organizational/sequencing skills

• Our hours are Tues-Sat 8:00-4:30 with Sunday, Monday off
