Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist
Location : B&B Theatres
Reports To : Executive Director of Payables
Job Summary :
B&B Theatres is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor payments. This role will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable
Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and payment terms.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting related to accounts payable.
Qualifications & Skills :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in accounts payable.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
