**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our medical team at a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while utilizing their expertise in a variety of medical specialties. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with access to cutting-edge technology and resources. **Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including ER, medical office, and behavioral health. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Perform vital signs and administer medications as needed. - Utilize sonography skills to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. - Manage pain levels using evidence-based practices and protocols. - Participate in cardiac catheterization procedures as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. - Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols. - Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices. **Requirements:** - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). - Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or similar setting. - Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and Athenahealth. - Strong understanding of behavioral health and pain management principles. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. - Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient outcomes. **Skills:** - ER nursing - Nurse - Sonography - Medical office - Level I Trauma Center - Behavioral health - Pain management - Cardiac catheterization - Vital signs
