They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking customer orders and payments, serving coffee beverages and pastries at the café. In addition, cleaning and sanitizing their work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools.

- Greet customers as they enter the café space, maintain a positive and courteous attitude with customers and other staff members in the building.
- Take customers' orders and process payments on POS system face-to-face or over the phone.
- Prepare handcrafted beverages according to menu standards, control waste.
- Serve beverages and/or prepared foods efficiently.
- Retrieve, verify and give customers' pick up orders.
- Restock bakery baskets, refrigerated displays, merchandise shelves.
- Keep the bar and seating areas clean, organized and tidy daily.
- Remove trash as needed and dispose in designated area.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs, plates and utensils.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and report low inventory to management.
- Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
- Comply to all operational standards, in accordance with the café standards, safety and health codes.
