Position Summary :
Responsibilities : Essential Duties
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
- Assists the Supervisor in leading a group of peers / subordinates largely in coordination of work which may include materials loading, production functions, maintenance functions and training / mentoring.
- This may be done at different organizational levels.
- Performs normal base job functions in area of expertise when requested.
- Coordinates with Training, EHS and HR to ensure appropriate safety training, safety measure and equipment are in place and appropriately utilized to ensure the safety of our team.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. General : It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to take reasonable care for safety and health of himself / herself and other persons.
Expertise : Knowledge & Skills
Requires working knowledge of technical field / area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
Works under general supervision. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and / or reviewing the work of other peers.
May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.
Target Based Range
20.39 - $25.49
Qualifications
Expertise : Qualifications -Education / Experience / Training / Etc
Required :
High school diploma / G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
