Job Title: Skid Steer Operator
Full-time position available, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Clean driver's license required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingsness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer equipment for rough grading and/or finish grading of residential and commercial landscape projects.
- Load, transport, and unload skid steers and attachments safely and efficiently.
- Receive job assignments from field managers and execute them in a timely and safe manner.
- Avoid utility lines, equipment, and other workers while operating equipment.
- Add or remove soil within exacting standards to allow for proper drainage before seeding or sod installation.
- Learn and follow hand and audio signals from team members and know how to provide signals to others.
- Maneuver equipment with attached blades to move rocks, vegetation, or topsoil and to spread, level, and slope terrain.
- Select and connect proper attachments and hydraulic hoses, mechanical links, belts, and other components.
