Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Conduct carpet cleaning to maintain the quality and appearance of carpets in homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Manage housekeeping tasks with attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the home meet cleanliness standards.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required by clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is MANDATORY.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.
