Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment and systems in accordance with industry standards.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and schematics to perform effective repairs.
- Conduct field service visits to client locations to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment status.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
