Proactively Reduce EMR :
- Strategic Planning : Manage and implement the company's Safety Strategic Plan.
- Risk Control : Participate in all SCG Risk Control meetings, calls, and workshops.
- Safety Surveys : Perform pre-job site safety surveys to identify potential hazards or unsafe conditions that employees may be exposed to.
- Activity Suspension : Order suspension of activities posing a threat to workers and other individuals.
Continuously Improve Safety Knowledge through Training :
Training Calendar : Develop an annual safety training calendar.Internal Training : Conduct internal training sessions for OSHA 10-hour, competent person, trenching and shoring, and other relevant topics.Third-Party Training : Coordinate 3rd party training sessions as needed.Attendance Tracking : Track training attendance and needs.Support Field Personnel and Create Company-Wide Buy-In :
