What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual therapy and implement behavioral interventions
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team with clinical expertise
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and evaluate service effectiveness
- Complete functional needs assessments to ensure outcomes align with beneficiary goals
- Offer clinical guidance to ensure impactful interventions
What We’re Looking For:
- A Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA)
- 1 years of experience working with adults in MH/SA populations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A commitment to excellence and continuous learning
Required Skills:
- Expertise in assessment and clinical needs evaluation
- Proficiency in behavior modeling, modification, and rehearsal
