What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at B & D RV?
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles & units
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize order management system to process and track orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Experience:
- Previous experience in parts sales or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with order management systems and inventory management is a plus
- Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
