Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Kitchen Manager will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality, maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for creating and updating menus, and managing cost control to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Experience in Food & Beverage management and maintaining Food Quality
- Strong skills in Culinary Management
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
