B.E.S.T. VETS Animal Hospital (BVAH) is a multi-doctor practice seeking a PT or FT Client Service Representative (CSR) for our quickly growing and fast-paced team, in beautiful Sanford Florida. We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years’ experience within the veterinary field, is self-motivated, detail-oriented and dedicated to providing quality care to our patients with great customer service skills. Applicant must be a team player.

Because of this we are looking for a personable plus highly professional CSR to join us in delivering such things on a daily basis.
The CSR is the “face of the place- first and last impression” for every client’s experience. The Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each owner’s and their pet’s trust and confidence in our abilities.
Specific Job Requirements of CSR/Receptionist include by not limited to:
· Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, getting weights on most pets and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
· Scheduling and confirming appointments.
· Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
· Presenting and explaining fees in accordance to BVAH’s set policies, including processing payments.
· Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions; under specific BVAH policies and the direction of a veterinarian.
· Answering questions, but not giving uneducated medical advice, regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
· Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence/communications.
· Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
· Plus other routine day-to-day CSR tasks as needed.
· Knowledge of AviMark and being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities Summary:
