Job Description:
We are searching for a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and courteously, while also demonstrating proficiency in email communication.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive answers to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders in our database system accurately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform general office tasks and assist with projects as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Utilize available resources to conduct research and gather information necessary to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries, including quotes, order status requests, complaints, and product returns.
Requirements:
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Previous successful experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of information.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in tile or similar industry.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Data entry experience.

Full-time: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
