N / A Language Skills : Ability to communicate orally and provide legible written communication in English with guests / visitors / vendors and hotel staff to their understanding. Mathematical Skills : Computing mathematical calculations correctly. Focusing on details and resolving numerical problems with minimal supervision. Work with calculators, word processor and computers, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Reasoning Ability : Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Ability to work well under pressure, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment. Physical Ability : Ability to bend, stoop and lift 50lbs. minimum; walk and stand 50% of the day. Able to type on a calculator or computer. The ability to provide clear and pleasant communication.
