Since 1931, The B. F. Saul Company has been engaged in the acquisition, renovation, construction, and management of residential property in the Washington Metropolitan area. The Residential division is currently comprised of four luxury properties: The Waycroft (Arlington, VA), Park Van Ness (Washington, DC), The Kennedy-Warren (Washington, DC) and Lyon Place (Arlington, VA). Our Residential division prides itself on providing a high level of customer service to our residents to ensure complete resident satisfaction.
We are seeking an individual with a strong customer service background for a Part-Time Weekend Concierge position in our brand new luxury residential building, The Waycroft, located in the heart of Ballston, VA. Come join our dynamic team with competitive pay, 401(k) match, paid time off and holiday pay. This shift is Saturday-Sunday, 3:00-11:00pm.
Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager, the Part-Time Weekend Concierge will be responsible for providing superior customer service at the front desk for all residents, visitors and vendors.

- Greet and respond to resident requests and inquires
- Work to address resident concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards
- Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building
- Manage multiple phone lines and direct them to the appropriate destination
- Assist with resident packages and mail
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication
- Positive Attitude and a willingness to help others
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
- Able to work under pressure
- Organized and detailed oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Flexible attitude and adapt quickly to various situations
- Work independently
- Strong written, verbal and computer skills
- Ability to assess a situation, show good judgment and resolve conflicts
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. or more
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Required to stand for prolonged periods of time and walk long distances
- Occasionally required to sit, climb stairs, stoop down, and bend down
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Related experience as a concierge, leasing, resident services or a strong customer service background
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
