  • Supervise and lead the customer service team, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and store performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives to improve service quality and sales support.
  • Ensure seamless in-store and online shopping experiences, including order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer service efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to retain and attract customers.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role in retail, textiles, or fashion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and POS systems.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and fashion trends is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
