As a Shift Manager at a Taco Bell franchise, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading great work shifts and meeting high standards. You will take ownership of solving problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others to achieve excellent results.
Job Responsibilities
You will ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties, serve safe and quality food in a friendly manner, and maintain a safe working environment for Team Members and customers.
- A strong preference is given to internal candidates who have progressed from the Hourly Champion position.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass background checks and drug tests.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform basic business math.
- Ability to stock shelves and coolers.
- Ability to manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves, and lifting and carrying out trash containers.
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
