About the Role
The Plant Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing and directing all plant activities involving cost accounting and general accounting.

- Manage and direct all plant activities involving cost accounting and general accounting.
- Coordinate management information personnel and activities in conjunction with plant and corporate policies and objectives.
- Monitor internal SOX control processes and report any deficiencies or changes to corporate accounting.
- Prepare annual forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and maintain in-house financial systems and procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CMA/MBA preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Broad financial knowledge and working knowledge of non-financial disciplines and systems.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
