Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join the Mitchell B & G Milkyway team! This is a seasonal position, March through October, so the perfect summer job!
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
