Position: Shift Leader

Job Description:

The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members, and meeting operational expectations. Our Shift Leaders are integral to our stores and allow for immense opportunities for advancement. Hours are EXTREMELY flexible. Also, NO grease and NO fry stations!

Pay is starting from $17 per hour PLUS TIPS!!!!

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Directing of crew members.
• Show confidence and comfort in handling situations such as customer complaints, employee issues, or the similar in the absence of the AGM & General Manager.
• Manages and performs the opening and closing daily duties.
• Adheres to and monitors staff compliance of all working procedures of the restaurant.
• Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guest and team members.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 25lbs
• Previous experience in a similar role of shift lead, crew lead, team lead is preferred.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Part Time or Full Time
