Mission of the Role :
In the future, drones will be utilized across various industries and become an essential part of our daily lives. Our goal is to change people's perception of drones and expand the horizons of drone applications. We are looking for a Field Engineer to join our team as a key player in driving deployment and operation excellence. For this role, you will be helping with drone design, hardware repairs and enhancements, Hardware lab management, supporting the Field Robotics Engineers, collaborating closely with hardware / software teams to understand project requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for successful timely hardware fixing during development and provide support during and after deployment for the intelligent aerial robots and autonomously sustainable ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travel to customer sites and provide support during deployment
- Hands on experience design, build, and repair physical hardware specially drone / aircraft
- Test software / hardware integration (drone and robotic system technology)
- Troubleshoot software / hardware robotic system testing and deployment based on product requirement
- Provide feedback from customer deployment experience to hardware / software developers to enhance our products / solutions
- Solid communication with cross team and customers
