The Team Lead acts as the primary liaison between the Quality team and senior management, providing updates and recommendations on inspection outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor a team of inspectors.
- Delegate inspection tasks and manage workload distribution effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Inspection Coordination:.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality assurance standards, including FAA, EASA, or other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate inspection schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
