What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. B2B Relationship Manager position at B&H Photo Recruiting Department?
The Sr. B2B Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with key B&H business partners and customers to help maximize business growth. The primary focus is with customers in the government, education, and corporate business sectors, particularly purchasing cooperatives, GPOs and select larger customers. You will be involved with high-level conversations, contract negotiations, and agreements for joint ventures and continue to nurture the business relationship after helping to facilitate the initial deals. You will also be responsible for developing strategies and presenting them to prospects and partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
Builds relationships with B&H's largest business customers
Follows up on internal and external contract leads
Decides on negotiation strategy, reviews contracts and adjusts pricing
Liaisons with internal departments during the process, including IT, AR, Web, Legal and Marketing
Ensures that existing client relationships are maintained
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and writing skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Analytical thinker and quick problem solver
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Regular travel required
Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
Familiarity with e-procurement systems and Salesforce a plus
Salary : $134,000 - $169,000
