Business Process Writer 2
Job Overview :
The Business Process Writer 2 is responsible for writing and maintaining standard operating procedures for our NJ warehouse facility. They will work with management of all teams to gather necessary information, document the process flow, detail steps / instructions and make sure consistent format is followed for all process manuals.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Write and review manuals and standard operating procedures outlining business processes thoroughly
- Tour the facility by department and interact with teams to understand the process flow and daily operations by interviews, meetings and direct observation
- Ensure all business processes are documented in the same format / structure, presented in an easily digestible format and are readily available to all users with accurate and updated information at all times
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify solutions in order to improve on current processes

Monday- Thursday 9am-6pm; Friday 9am-2 : 30pm
