The Warehouse Trainer 2 will provide overall support to assigned departments within the fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will facilitate hands on training for all new and existing employees in their assigned work area, along with maintaining standards in the department. The Warehouse Trainer 2 will ensure that employees are consistently meeting company standards and operating procedures accordingly.
Essential Responsibilities :
Deliver New Hire training content to incoming new hires
Identify and improve current training solutions as required based on learner and management feedback
Continuously and effectively communicate best practices
Assist in developing new training curriculum and methods, quick reference guides and presentations on underdeveloped subjects
Ensure employees adhere to and successfully complete predefined training plans
Complete learner progress assessments and report recommendations to management at several points throughout required training courses
Ensure all learning standards are being met and optimized for each area
Log training findings for documentation (in assessment or testing format)
Communicate with management on employee progress and error reports and provide next-step recommendations
Cross-functional training with other warehouse departments as needed
Additional Responsibilities :

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Familiarity with B&H processes and workflow
Previous or current knowledge of B&H policies and procedures
Intermediate knowledge of computer systems & Windows applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Environment / Occupational Risks :
Occasionally required to lift items, and / or packages up to 50lbs independently
Walking and standing for 6-8 hours at a time
Required Schedule :
Sunday 9 : 00AM – 6 : 00PM AND Monday - Thursday, 3 : 45PM – 11 : 45PM
