Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services, directing calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
