Formento's Restaurant on West Randolph is now seeking a full-time Pastry Cook. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a good attitude and an abundance of common sense. Pastry production experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but we will train the right person. Production includes cakes, ice creams, cookies, and light bread work for Formento's Restaurant and our neighboring sandwich shop, Nonna's.
