Purpose
The In-Room Dining Server will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction through the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities received. The In-Room Dining Server should be able to anticipate guests' needs and address them in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, in order to provide guests with Performance Hospitality Management's high standards of quality service.
Essential Functions
High School Diploma or equivalent; A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of server experience a must. Food Safety Training a plus.

Essential Functions
- Delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Responsible for Carrying trays up to 30 lbs. or push wheeled carts to deliver room service orders to guests in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Setting up room service trays and tables, retrieving checks, setting tables according to specifications, retrieving food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar and delivering food to guest rooms and meeting rooms, serving meals to guests, collecting guest trays and responding to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Presenting checks to guests and obtaining payment, returning payments/signed checks to order taker, performing order taker duties and answer room service telephone, as needed, serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
