Duties:
Perform a variety of maintenance of Company technology hardware and software installations, peripherals, and end-user support to ensure end-user workstations and mobile devices meet company and user requirements. Provide support to staff on company-supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and root cause analysis. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
IT Help Desk
- Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines practical solutions; tests and implements solutions.
- Documents all IT support cases.
- Update activity in the IT tracking software.
- Update asset information into Professional Service Automation Software.
- Escalate cases to IT Team.
- Installs, configures, and maintains PCs, laptops, and all mobile devices. And other related equipment, devices, and systems; add or upgrades and configures disk drives, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Performs software and application installation and upgrades.
- Create and maintain network documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain, inventory, and organize spare equipment, replacement parts, software, and tools in the IT Help Desk area.
- Assist in managing company cellular equipment and wireless plans.
- Setup and configure mobile devices based upon end user department.
- Provide smart phones to users and manage through company MDM.
- Provide and troubleshoot mobile wireless data devices.
- Maintain cellular phone list for accounting purposes.
- Setup and configure desktop and laptop via Imaging Software.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain PC, networks and related hardware and software.
- Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
- Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
- Working knowledge on Microsoft 365 products and Windows 10/11.
