Key Responsibilities :
The Safety Administrator is responsible for supporting the Safety Training Coordinator and Safety Manager with all administrative tasks as they relate to Workers' Compensation and Safety.
Maintain all Workers' Compensation and Safety related files, both paper and electronic based records.
Maintain all OSHA Logs (300, 300A, and 301).
Maintain all of the SDS Sheets.
Effectively communicate with Safety Manager, Department Managers and other personnel as required.
Respond to all requests for information regarding safety and Workers’ Compensation.
Process and maintain documents, spreadsheets and other electronic files using MS Office Suite of products.
Provide daily support to Safety Department for all administrative needs.
Administers MVR and DPASS programs for the company.
Maintain Tool Incentive Program.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required (both written and verbal).
A minimum of two (2) years experience. Safety Administrative experience a plus.
Must possess strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft, Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with OSHA Logs a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at multi-discipline levels.
Drug Test, background check and a clean driving record are pre-employment requirements.
