ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Essential duties are those tasks that are critical to the role but may not identify all tasks associated with role which may at any time be assigned by the immediate supervisor; for details on performing the all duties, please refer to the SOP at the end of this JD)

• Perform stock pulls for field personnel, making sure all information is on the stock pull and that quantities and unit of measure are correct.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Send requisitions to purchasing for stock replenishment.
• Keep inventory area clean and organized.
• Rotate old stock to make sure it is utilized before expiration date.
• Cycle counts.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  
  

SECONDARY DUTIES:

• Assist with delivery scheduling as needed.
• Assist in receiving of goods and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Assist in receiving as needed.
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Minimum requirements are those concerned with the very minimal qualifications sought for the role to include "education, experience, licenses, certificates, permits, etc., appropriate to the role)Good communication and organizational skills.

• 1 year experience in HVAC or MRO inventory control desired.
• Basic computer skills including email and B & I inventory software.
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
  
  

SAFETY AWARENES: B & I places safety as a priority for all roles. As such this role may contain certain PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) necessary and required in the performance of certain tasks. It is the responsibility of the incumbent in the role to ensure he/she has received all pertinent safety protective equipment, and commits to use of same when performing in the role.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (The minimum requirements for the role are specified and are necessary to succeed in the role's application of tasks) Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar;

• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
