Job Description
Customer service representative for residential plumbing heating and air conditioning company. Starting pay 21,000 to 28,000 per year based on experience plus 100% full paid insurance premiums for medical, dental, vision and disability. Must be able to able to navigate a multi line phone system. The primary job duties are outbound calling as well as inbound calls. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and remain empathetic to incoming situations. Must be able to work as a team player and be dependable. Friendly upbeat tone is essential. Outbound cold calling experience is a must.

Qualifications
- Computer and typing skills
- Great communication skills
- Pass criminal back ground check and drug testing (pre-hire and random)
- Phone answering and customer service skills
- Willing to work limited after hours phone answering as well as occasional after hours outbound calling
- Must have good math, English, reading, writing, and communication skills
- Bilingual preferred
