Job Description
Permit/Inspection Coordinator for residential plumbing, heating & air conditioning company. Starting pay is 35,000 to 45,000 per year based on experience plus 100% full paid insurance premiums for medical, dental, vision and disability. Primary job duties will be applying for permits for HVAC and Plumbing residential jobs, scheduling inspections with the customer, and following up on any additional inspection needs. Must be fluent in spreadsheets, proficient in navigating website/adobe forms, and able to be professional when contacting inspectors and homeowners. Good organizational skills are a MUST!

Qualifications
- Computer and typing skills
- Great communication skills
- Pass criminal back ground check and drug testing (pre-hire and random)
